don't hate me because i'm an asshole

oh well look who decided to show their face. where the hell have you been.ra ha. hi. what can i say. this blog is like on summer vacation or something? total lie since i've been slacking off and apologizing for months, and since the first day of summer is this sunday. its national aboriginal day as well as solstice and there's a few things going on around town in celebration this weekend, i'm pumped for it to stay light out until close to midnight, and to show our houseguest from the the big city a good time.
last weekend was one for the books, one of those weekends you stretch out till the very last possible moment- 3am was it rye?- cause you don't want it to end. the underdogs won the cup, the bonfire went all night, and baby you're-so-fucking-hot when you sing, the sun beat down on the pontoon boat late into the afternoon, the tangerine sidecars ran long and lusty and we moved a hammock into the backyard. remember how my new favourite thing was drinking coffee on the front porch in the sun well now its taking a nap in the breeze in the hammock in the backyard. fucking rules. life rules, go life.
sooooo i won't be around probably to blog this weekend- and this weekend starts tomorrow night and goes to tuesday btw- unless the 3 of us decide to have a collective blogging session at some point, oh man wouldn't that be the coolest most least-nerdy way to party down.
wait this gives me an idea...stay tuned.
